As a young child, Mrs. Shirley was my Pastors wife. A true example of what a Godly, Christian lady should be. Full of Christ’s love and kindness, and it showed. The Mrs. Shirley I saw, was meek & had a quiet spirit & I know in the sight of God that is of great value. She is surely a treasured gem to the Savior! I can remember her singing in church and at mother/daughter banquets she would read poems and sing and she was always a blessing to those around her. Even though my family moved on, when I hear her name, she has & will always stand out in my mind as a precious Christian lady. I was sad to hear of her passing, but realize that she is with Jesus and what a time she is having now! Praying for your family during this time of loss!
