  1. Joe and I really loved Wilma. We enjoyed our trips to Rocky Mount to visit with her. She always treated us as special guests with all her fine cooking and taking us places. She loved her church and all the functions she attended. She was very proud of her three daughters and their families. She had many wonderful friends, too. We will all miss her so much. We love you,Wilma! Love,Mary and Joe

  2. Not every person you meet makes an impression on you,but Aunt Wilma was not one of those people! To say Wilma was a force of nature would be an understatement. From a very young age I was amazed at Wilma’s energy and true zeal for living. I must say I also remember her for her outstanding cooking. Anything Paula Deen does, Wilma could have done better and faster! She also had a true gift for making people feel loved. My daughter,Megan, only got to meet Wilma once, when we visited Rocky Mount for Robbie’s wedding, but she thought Wilma was great. Upon telling her of Wilma’s passing, Megan said Heaven will be a better place to be now. I certainly second that sentiment. Enjoy Heaven Wilma. Your niece,Joanne Jolley
