Aunt Sue was the sweetest and kindest person you would ever meet; though she moved away from us (in Chicago) many years ago keeping in touch with her on Facebook and with her children has been a treasure. She was best friends with my mom and I can still hear them laughing whenever they got into some kind of mischief.
She will be missed that’s for sure I so many but her memory is definitely a blessing to everyone I loved her very much.
I wish all my cousins and their children strength and comfort during this hard time and that they have lots of ice cream to celebrate her life as she wished,
they have gained their own guardian angel.
So many childhood memories of aunt Sue and uncle Don
Their children, our cousins were frequent playmates.
Dear cousins please know that from here in wisconsin my prayers as well as smiles are with you.
I trust she is resting in God’s almighty arms.
Blessings and love Claudia Evenson
We are thinking about you during this difficult time. Sending you and your family prayers of peace and comfort
So many memories of you Sue. I remember you way back from when i was just a kid. Remembering when my brother Don bringing you home to my parents house here in Chicago. Remembering how pretty i thought you were the first time i saw you. But what really sticks out in my mind, is how much you use to love eating those Lemons! Many, many conversations around my parents kitchen table. Visits to Chicago with all your children & even one time with your dog Blue, if i remember his name correctly. They are & will always remain happy memories of days gone by. So glad you were my sister-in-law! Great wife, mother, grandmother, & great grandmother. You will be missed, rest in peace Sue. Love, Dorothy Irwin Lucas.
