  6. Most of my memories with Shannon were before 1996 which was the year I moved away and she married her Prince. When she was small I would take her on little excursions like jumping the rocks at Battle Park. As she got older, I took her to her first live concert – we went to see Stevie Nicks, and of course we dressed up to look as much like her as we could. We always had a fondness for hats and would wear them where ever we went. We worked together at my antique shop for years. Every time we would load up the truck for a show in another town, she swore she would never help again….but she’d always come back. We used to wear the vintage hats in the shop while we worked. One of our craziest memories is one day we were closing the shop and witnessed a guy grab an elderly ladies purse. We jumped in the car backing up the wrong way on Main Street trying to cut him off, we finally had to stop the car and proceed to chase him on foot….As we were in pursuit, people in their cars would point the direction he went…we were zigzagging all up and down Main Street. We finally chased him into a building at which time the cops showed up….They got him and we had to id him…The police asked us just what we were going to do if we caught him…we kinda looked at each other and said we never thought of that.. She nicknamed us Cagney & Lacey after that…………. I Love You Baby Girl!
