Ruby Clarice “Sam” Leonard Winstead Smith

Ruby Clarice "Sam" Leonard Winstead Smith, age 72, passed away on Friday, December 12, 2014. She was born on March 9, 1942 to the late William Claude Leonard and Ruby Parrish Leonard. She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Golden "Butch" Smith. Sam is survived by daughter, Elizabeth Dawn Winstead of Morehead City, NC; sons, Ronald Edward Winstead of Stonycreek, VA; Darry Allen Winstead of Rocky Mount, NC and Kenneth Joel Winstead of Rocky Mount, NC; and brother, Walter Claude Leonard of Tallahassee, FL.
