  1. When I was stationed as a Salvation Army Officer in Rocky Mount in 1976 I spent many days in the home of Linda and Wayne. I would sit at the dinner table with Linda and Wayne and we would laugh, and then Wayne would quietly go outside. I was able to worship with Wayne and Linda at The Salvation Army corps. Wayne was a man of few words yet you knew he loved Linda and Shannon. He loved to work with his hands, always busy doing something. I hadn’t seen Wayne in many, many years but I am blessed to be able to say I will be able to see him again. When I get to my home in glory I will be able to see Wayne and I am sure he will be happy to tell me all about Heaven. Linda please be assured of my prayers for you and Shannon. I know God is giving you strength, and I will continue to pray that He will give you all that you need in the days ahead. May God bless you my friend! We are praying for you.
