ROCKY MOUNT - Reba Mae Barnhill Blount, age 85, passed away peacefully at home with her family at her side on Tuesday, June 13, 2017. Born in Nash County, NC on November 14, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Leslie Edgar Barnhill and Mary Rooks Barnhill. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Breman Kline Blount; and four siblings.
Reba leaves behind to cherish her memory, son, Les Blount and wife, Cathy, of Wilson; daughters, Wanda Tompkins and husband, Allen, of Nashville; and Daphene Crisafulli and husband, Larry, of Rocky Mount; grandchildren, Tiffanie Jackson and husband, Stephen, Ashley Miles and husband, John, Aaron Crisafulli and wife, Brandi, Elizabeth Williamson and husband, Cory, Jennifer Boykin and husband Wayne, Ben Blount and wife, Jessica, and Chris Rogers; great-grandchildren, Harper and Hazel Jackson, Chelsea and Katelyn Miles, Jackson and Taylor Boykin, Sophie Williamson, and Joshua Crisafulli. She is also survived by her brothers, Donald Barnhill and Herbert Barnhill and sisters Becky Dozier, Joyce Barnhill, and Earlene Stevens.
A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 10:00 AM at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
