Nancy Etheridge Wheeler

Nashville - Nancy “Nan” Etheridge Wheeler, age 77, passed away on Sunday, August 16, 2015. Born in Edgecombe County, NC on August 8, 1938, she was the daughter of the late Hoyt Etheridge and Clara Lee Owens Etheridge. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Thomas Wheeler and her grandson Jeffery Thomas Wheeler. Nan leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters, Jo Ann Wheeler Pipkin and her husband, George, of Nashville, NC; Linda Faye Wheeler of New Smyrna, FL and Brenda Wheeler of Nashville, NC; her son Sidney Thomas Wheeler, Jr. of Nashville, NC. She is survived by her granddaughter, Kelly Wheeler of Middlesex, NC and her great-grandchildren, Austin and Alex. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 12:00Noon in the Chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home Cremation Services, 1130 N. Winstead Avenue, Rocky Mount NC 27804 with Pastor Tony Bossolono officiating. Burial will follow at Mill Branch Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be 10:00am - 12:00Noon day of the service.
