Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
Mary Elizabeth served as our UMYF sponsor for most of the years I was in high school at Red Oak. She truly was like a ‘den mother’ to those of us growing up in the Methodist Church during the 1960s. Mary Lib took us to Lake Gaston, movies and on lots of other memorable jaunts. It was always so much fun to be with her!! She was open-minded enough to allow us to question and grow as teenagers, but strong and nurturing in guiding our pathways. John, your Mom was a very, very special Lady, but I don’t need to tell you…….. I will forever cherish the love and support she provided for me personally and our youth group as well as the Red Oak Methodist Church and the community in general. Blessed be…………………………….. Polly Moore ….
Mrs. Mac was a fine lady and a wonderful second mother to my sister and me. We loved her and appreciated her many contributions to our lives. – Jackie Ennis
