Mary N. Campbell, age 93, passed away in Jupiter, FL, on Monday, March 21, 2016. Born in Rocky Mount, NC, on February 7, 1923, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Cecil and Mattie Norville. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Alton Jarvis Campbell; and two brothers, Bryant Norville and Howard Norville.
Mary was a member of Second Presbyterian Church of Rocky Mount for many years prior to her move to Jupiter, FL in the late 1990s. She taught Sunday School and enjoyed being part of the Church Circle and Bible School. She was a seamstress for many years and also worked in the daycare at First Baptist Church in Rocky Mount. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
Mary leaves behind to cherish her memory, her sons, Bill Campbell of Jupiter Farms, FL and Tom Campbell and wife, Cathy, of Greenville, NC; four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and brother, H. C. Norville of Texas.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Pineview Cemetery. A visitation with the family will follow the service.
