Mary Elizabeth Hayes Lee Watson

Mary Elizabeth Hayes Lee Watson was born in Nash County on September 5, 1928 and died on Saturday, July 10, 2010 surrounded by her family. She was 81. Mrs. Watson is the widow of the late Randolph Watson and the late John Alton “Little Bud” Lee. Her parents and brother precede her in death. She is survived by one brother and one sister; two children, John Wayne Lee and Diane Walston, three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren with one more on the way! Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Monday, July 12, 2010 at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pineview Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00-1:30 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
