Lewis Frederick Huntington, 87, died Tuesday, November 23, 2010. He was born in Springfield, New Jersey, June 26, 1923, son of the late Louis and Winifred Fallon Huntington. Mr. Huntington was preceded in death by his wife, Elizabeth D. Huntington in 1998, sister, Winifred Huntington and brothers, Merritt Huntington and Freeman Huntington. MGySgt Huntington was retired from the U.S. Marine Corps with 26 years service. He is survived by his daughter, Donna H. Phelps and husband, Eli of Rocky Mount; sons, Andrew L. Huntington and wife, Claudia of Miami Shores, FL and Timothy R. Huntington and wife, Felica of Vienna, VA.; grandchildren, Merritt E. Roane and husband, Greg, Timothy H. Phelps, Shawn L. Huntington and wife, Germania and Ryan H. Huntington; great-granddaughter, Kayleigh E. Roane. Graveside services will be held 1:00 pm, Thursday, December 23, 2010 at Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia.
