  4. Dear Mrs. Avery and Children I know I speak for a lot of Brother Avery’s fellow ministers in the North Carolina Conference…we are so sorry for your grief and loss, but we rejoice in his homegoing. He has been thought a lot of difficulty in the last few years and we have prayed for him often. Now all of the difficulties are passed and he at home with his Lord. We shall continue to remember his wonderful contributions of ministry and the many souls he blessed and won to the Lord. He was a good man and a good minister of the Gospel. Our prayers will be with you now and in the days to come Wiley and Jean Clark Falcon, North Carolina

  5. Dear Family, I know this is a very difficult time for you. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I won’t be able to attend tonight or tomorrow because of grandchildren visiting. Love in Christ, Pam McAuley

  6. Sue and Family, I’m so sorry for your loss – that separation of flesh that does sting our hearts and pains our emotions so deeply. Our thoughts and prayers will be with you during this time. A home going is a time to remember the hope that is set before us. Bruce, I do believe, is now experiencing the joy of being in the presence of the Lord. One day we’ll see him again, along with all of our loved ones and especially JESUS … and what a day of rejoicing that will be. Until that time … know that we love you, and have missed you all so much. May God’s grace and mercy be upon you during this time … His peace that passes all understanding. Love, Suzanne and Jeff Whitford
