  1. Even though I only met Joyce & her girls back in 2007, I am blessed to have known her for such a short time. We were neighbors. She would be out in her summer garden at the crack of dawn. She told me that sitting in her garden gave her a peace of mind. She loved her garden & coffee. She was my mentor when it came to planting a garden. I will surly miss her big smile & our pleasant conversations. My family & I wants to extend our deepest sympathy to the family. I wanted to come pay my respect to her & her family tonight, but I have come down with that nasty old bug. Rest in Peace Joyce, Judy Fries & Family Rocky Mount, NC
