John “Beanie” A. Robinson

John A. "Beanie" Robinson, Jr., age 80, passed away on Monday, February 9, 2015. Born in New Albany, PA on October 20, 1934 where he spent most of his life, he was the son of the late John A. Robinson, Sr. and Lois Comstock. He is predeceased by his wife, Eileen Brown Robinson; sister, Jean Hardenstine; and brother, Stanley Robinson. Beanie was faithfully employed for many years by Masonite until his well-deserved retirement. He had a deep love for fishing and when inclement weather forbid his fishing endeavors, he could always be found enjoying his talent of wood crafting. A loving husband to his late wife, a father to his three girls, grand-father, great-grand father and friend to all who knew and loved him, Beanie will be dearly missed to all. Beanie leaves behind to cherish his memory his three daughters, Jada Orr of Rocky Mount, NC, Retha Sandor and her husband, Michael, of Okarche, OK and Kathy Chase and her husband, Larry, of Avon Park, FL; five grandchildren, Maria Sandor, Justin Chase, Desiree Austin and her husband, Darren, Katie Rambus and her husband, Mike, and Adam Stoudt; and six great-grandchildren, Justice and Michael Rambus, Julianna James, Jesse Austin, and Preston and Owen Sandor. He is also survived by his two brothers, Robert Robinson and his wife, Tina, of Standing Stone, PA and Terry Robinson also of Pennsylvania.
