Jean Dale Watson Scott

Jean Dale Watson Scott, 70, died, Wednesday, December 15, 2010. She was born on April 1, 1940 in Nash County and was the daughter of Ellis Jones Watson and the late Frank Green Watson. Surviving: mother, Mrs. Ellis Jones Watson; daughter, Mrs. Kimberly "Kim" Scott Winnett and husband David Harrison Winnett, a caring and special son-in-law; brother, James "Jim" Donald Watson of Raleigh; two grandchildren; Cole Harrison Winnett and Alex Watson Winnett both of Rocky Mount; niece, Mrs. Elizabeth Watson Gilbert and husband Bill of Raleigh; nephew, Frank Donald Watson and his wife Janet of Smithfield. Mrs. Scott was secretary at Harrison and Judge/McGladrey and Pullen, CPA's for several years. A member of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution. A graveside service will be at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 18, 2010 at Pineview Cemetery, section 49, with Rev. William V. Grisham officiating. Friends may call at the home of her daughter.
