  2. Dear Proctor family, Allan and I were heartbroken to hear of Jean’s sudden passing. My mom was playing bridge with her only a few weeks ago and mentioned how much she enjoyed Jean’s company. Jean was the type of person that everyone liked. She had a positive and vivacious spirit that drew you to her. She will be greatly missed by many and especially her loving family. Please know you have our hearts and sympathy. Susan Barker

  3. We are so sad to hear about Jean. My husband and I own the condo next to hers at Smugglers Cove and have enjoyed getting to know her over the years, She would come over and visit when my Mother and their dear mutual friend Julia Allen were at the condo. I so enjoyed meeting some of her sweet friends. We will miss her so very much. My own sweet Mother passed away in February. My heart goes out to you and your family. Mandi Johnson- New Bern and Smugglers Cove Atlantic Beach

  4. Death is the age-old enemy, we all meet as our journey end. It is never pleasant, when we loss someone we love. The pain at times, is so heart breaking, that our tears, keep on flowing. (Ps. 3418) Even the perfect man, JESUS CHRIST, Gave way to tears. So greatly grieved was he over the death of his friend, Lazarous. (John 1135) Without fear the way ahead
