Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
In our high school days, Bo Bo and I got to be close friends and shared my good times together. Pizza Inn, Atlantic Beach or riding the roads of Nash County many times in The Judge I remember the day he got glass packs put on his mufflers and he took my brother H.D. around the Benvenue golf course for a test run and from the far side of the golf course you could hear Bo Bo down shifting. It was loud. My parents came out on the porch to see what was the buzz. I will always treasure and miss Bo Bo. He was just a genuine nice person and someone you wanted to spend time with. To all the Jones Family I send my deepest sympathy and may the Lord give you strength. Bill Griffin
I have always been friends with Bobo since I moved to Red Oak in 1996 and he always addressed me as Herb, Him and his wife attended my wedding in 2002 when we had a monsoon and I will always remember him as a dear friend.RIP Bobo and meet with Bill which I know you have already done.To all the Jones family may the Lord be with you and help through this difficult time.Jay Herbert and family
Dear Debbie, Please know you and your family are in our thoughts and prayers at this sad time. Bryant thought the world of Bobo, just as he did his Dad Mr. Jones. He spoke of how smart they were when he was farming. I like to think of them sitting around talking about their crops together like they used to do…and it makes me smile. We will all miss them! You will remain in our prayers. God will help you and your family to get through this great sadness…and to Keep remembering the Happy Times! Love, Donna Faulkner and Family…Marty, Debbie, Bo, and Leigh
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Jone’s Family at the loss of a Husband, Dad, Granddad, and a Special Brother. God Bless each and everyone. Love, Wayne Richardson and Nancy Campfield
We will be keeping the family in our thoughts and prayers! Love, Christy and Matthew Pannell
I met Mr. Jones the first time when he came to visit his son Bradley at our office. At once, it was evident that there was a very strong bond between them. In fact, they were each others best friend and Mr. Jones stood for Bradley as best man when he married his lovely wife Jennifer. Bradley told me a story of when he was a little boy and his father showed him how strong he was by pushing over a tree. Brad said that he was so impressed and that he thought his father was the strongest man in the world. He laughed and said that the tree was dead and probably would have fallen over soon anyway, but at the time he thought his dad was magicial. What impressed me was that after all those years, when Brad was a grown man and related that story to me, the magic was still there. Kathy Palson

My family and I grew up in the Red Oak Methodist Church with Sandra, Billy and BoBo as well as the Jones family cousins. I have very fond memories of BoBo’s Mom, Daisy and his Aunt Catherine as we all grew up in the church family and at Red Oak School BoBo was a really good guy and a very good farmer! My family’s best wishes and sympathy are with the Jones family. –Polly Moore
