Ina Frances Bradley

Ina Frances Bradley died on Monday, July 18, 2011, at the age of 97. Frances was born on September 30, 1913, to the late William Richard and Ina Johnson Bradley. She was a life long resident of Rocky Mount and educated in the city schools. Frances was also a graduate of St. Mary's Junior College in Raleigh, North Carolina and Hollins College in Roanoke, Virginia. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, a sustaining member of the Junior Guild of Rocky Mount, and a charter member of the Tea & Topics Book Club. People left to cherish her memory are her "adopted" nephew and niece, Chris and Linda Marks, and special friend, Lou Carson. Out of state relatives also survive. Frances was also predeceased by her beloved brother, William (Buddy) Maxwell Bradley. A graveside service was held at Pineview Cemetery on Saturday, July 23, 2011 officiated by her minister, the Rev. Bob Bergland.
