Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Am so sorry to learn of France’s passing. A grand lady. Remember fondly though how well your parents were able to adapt to roughing it in the woods while rebuilding your home.

  2. Diane, Robin and Martha, I just wanted you to know I am thinking about you. My parents, Bailey and Sarah Williamson, were good friends of your parents. I know this loss is a very painful one but I know you are grateful for your Mom’s long happy life. And I am sure you have many wonderful memories which will be a source of comfort and strength in the days ahead. Take care, Sally Williamson Greaser Raleigh, NC

  3. Diane, Robin, and Martha, I send condolences and sympathy to you and your families at this time of loss. I’m pretty sure your mother was the last survivor of my father’s childhood friendstheir wives and I’m sad that this link is gone. I remember Frances well from when you lived in Raleigh…the perfectly applied red lipstick, her hair always in a bun, and her Richmond accent. I remember too her portrait which hung in your living room. The last time I saw your parents was on the occasion of my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary in 1999 so it was good to see them (and you three!) again on the video. My appreciation goes to whomever produced it. My thoughts and best wishes are with you in the days ahead. Cheryl Burgess Hall Raleigh, NC
