I was happy to have met Frances, and am truly blessed to know her daughter as a dear friend. Thank you for raising Sandy to be such a warm, giving and loving person. RIP ♥️
The most loving sister in the world. She love all equal. Raised a beatiful daughter could not be more like her if she had gave birth to her. 2 peas in a pod. Love and laughter, she will be missed so very much. Cried at her wedding and more tears at her Funeral. GONE BUT NEVER FOR GOT. RIP SIS.
