ROCKY MOUNT - Deborah Darlene Lucas Wood, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2022. Born in Nash County, NC on May 8, 1952, she was the daughter of the late Silas Perry Lucas and Betty Doris Jackson Williams.
A Celebration of Deborah's Life will be held on Saturday, August 6, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Christian Fellowship Church, NC 58 S, Elm City, NC 27822 with Pastor Daniel Parker officiating. Visitation with the family will follow the service at the church.

You always prayed for legs to walk again…well now, you got new legs, a new spiritual body that is dancing before the throne of the King.
