Guestbook

  1. My husband Philip Ezzell speaks quite often of Danny as they grew up together in the same neighborhood! He said Danny was a real cowboy when they use to play! I knew Danny and always thought he had a good heart great dad and know he will be missed by many! My prayers and my love I leave for his children and grandchildren! RIP Danny!

  2. Danny was a sweet dear man who I called my cousin. He always had a seer word when we met often as we grew older at funerals. As he grew older he was a lot like my dad, his uncle, which endeared him even more to me. As children I do remember he loved to play cowboys and once broke both arms! Much love to his children, grandchildren, and my dear sister cousins-Susie

  3. I didn’t get to spend much time with him but he was always kind to me and he loved Cameron just like I do. I’m praying that God wraps his arms around our family. I love you all.

  4. So sorry to hear of your loss! Will keep your family in our prayers! Enjoyed Danny & family as our neighbors years ago on Brownview Dr! Tommy & Louise Gay

  5. When I think of my brother Danny, I think of how much he loved children and they loved him. He delighted in teasing and picking at his many nieces and nephews, earning the playful nickname Mean Uncle Danny. They will all miss their mean Uncle Danny. There was a special bond between Robbie and his Uncle Danny. When his great-uncle Danny arrived in heaven, Robbie’s infant son, Tanner, was waiting. I can imagine the two of them together. Danny’s love was truly for his family and he did the best he could for all of them. We will always remember him and the dreams he had of giving them even more. He wanted to sit by his lake before he passed but he walks in God’s garden now with so much love around him. My heart will be with the family. I love you all. My tears are selfish ones because I remember that his pain is gone and will never hurt him again.

  6. You are now with Mama, Daddy, George and Joann ya’ll are so missed. I love you with all my heart. You were a pretty good birthday.

  7. Daddy I will ALWAYS REMEMBER YOU YOUR GENTLENESS AND ALL YOUR LOVE AND KINDNESS TOWARD ANYONE YOU MEET. I MISS YOU SO SO MUCH MY BROKEN HEART I WISH YOU WE’RE HERE AND I PRAY YOU KNOW HOW VERY VERY MUCH I LOVE YOU………………. SHELLY COLBERT

  8. I so enjoyed getting to know Mr. Colbert while helping him with his memorial. He was so focused on getting things in order, so his family had nothing to worry about. Just a dear man. I’m so very sorry for your loss its never easy, esp. during the holidays. Your family will be in my prayers. God Bless Tammy Armstrong-RMMP

  9. I will never forget how Uncle Danny loved to make all the kids laugh with his funny faces and those funny noises he’d make. I always loved being around him. He will be missed. Praying for peace and comfort for his children and his grandkids. I will love you always Uncle Danny….
