Conway Sherman Weede Jr., age 59, passed away on May 10, 2012 at Nash General Hospital after he lost his battle with Parkinsons disease. He is at peace and free from pain with his Heavenly Father. He was born in Rocky Mount on January 07, 1953 to Conway Sherman Weede Sr. and Annie Christine Burt Weede. He was preceded in death by his father; his maternal grandparents, William A. He retired in 2002 after 20 years of service. Conway then enrolled at the NC Truck Driver Training School in Smithfield NC and graduated with honors. He loved driving for TransAm Trucking and traveling across the USA. He retired from trucking in 2004 due to his health. Conway was not a person to be idle; he was always working on some kind of project. When he built his garage, he read books from the library to learn construction.
