I worked with Brenda at Carolina Telephone for many years, and she was one of the funniest people I’ve ever known. She was a dear friend, a wonderful mother and wife, and made us laugh every day. Even though I haven’t seen her in nearly 5 years, I can’t imagine a world without her quick wit and smiling face. So sad to lose my old friend.
We have been neighbors of Brenda and Bill for many years and we’ve enjoyed living on the same street with them because of what great neighbors they are. Brenda was always cheerful and shared her smile as she told us about things going on in the neighborhood. We are sad she is gone and share in the grief with her family and many friends.
I am so saddened to hear of Brenda’s passing. She and I had a lot of good conversations when I was out walking my dog along her side yard. She was a sweet and friendly person and a good neighbor and will be greatly missed. Bill, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
