Bobby Louis Griffin

Bobby Louis Griffin, 77, left his earthly home and entered into his heavenly home on March 01, 2012. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, a sister, his wife, Janet Griffin, and son-in-law Glenn Proctor. He is survived by three daughters, Patricia Proctor of Sharpsburg, Wanda Sanderson of Rocky Mount, Darlene Richardson and husband Lindsey of Raleigh; two sons, Wayne Griffin of Sharpsburg, and Doug Griffin and wife Diane of Rocky Mount; a sister, Mildred Catlett of Nashville; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Ella Plummer. A funeral service to remember Bobby will be held at 6:00pm Sunday, March 04, 2012 at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home with Pastor Steve Webb officiating. Visitation with the family will follow the service. A committal service will be at 11:00am Monday morning at Red Oak Cemetery.
