Becky Pullen Ryals, 60, passed away on Tuesday, July 20, 2010. She was born in Rocky Mount, NC on February 10, 1950 to Edwin Foy Pullen and Irma Price Pullen. She was preceded in death by her son, Jason Scott Ryals.
Becky owned her own monogramming business for 16 years named Designs 4 U. She will always be remembered as a positive, faithful, strong, wonderful wife, daughter, sister, mother, and friend.
She is survived by a loving family including her husband of 39 years, Milton Scott Ryals of Rocky Mount; her daughter, Anna Ryals Aycock and husband Will of Tarboro, her parents, Edwin Foy Pullen and Irma Price Pullen of Rocky Mount; her sister, Ann Pullen Kern and husband Buddy of Star; and her brother, Edwin Lee Pullen and wife Margie of Hampstead. She also left behind a special furry friend, Lucy; 2 grand dogs and a grand cat; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral service will be held at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home on Saturday at 11:00a.m. The Rev. Francis Daniel will be officiating. A private interment will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends on Friday at Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home in Rocky Mount from 7-8:30p.m. and other times at 3236 Amherst Road, Rocky Mount.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Leo Jenkins Cancer Center, in memory of Becky Ryals, 600 Moye Blvd., Room 178, Greenville, NC 27834.
