Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Ann was one of the most dignified women I know. Always graceful and beautifully dressed, she met personal challenges with courage and resolution. She will be greatly missed.

  2. Tho I hadn’t seen Anne in many a year, I do remember her as a very precious, friendly girl, full of life and fun. My sympathy to Penny who was about the same age as my daughter, Beth Pirkey.

  3. My dear Penny, My wife and I have just moved to Southern Pines NC. I am a cousin of yours. When we were kids I used to visit you in Rocky Mount when we were driving to Tifton, Georgia to visit family there. We even used to write each other letters. The highlight of our trip south was to visit your grandmother and Marie in Rocky Mount. I hope you are doing well and perhaps we can reconnect. Much love, Jesse Grantham
