Guestbook

  1. Am heartbroken to learn of your losses. I pray that you may feel the comfort and strength of the arms of our Father God wrapped tightly around you now and in the times to come. Much love

  2. My deepest condolences for the loss of your love one, the Bible says that at 2 Corinthian 13,4 God of all comfort and the Bible show in the future there will be a resurrection of the dead here on the earth, can you imagine what that will mean. John 528,29

  3. We were so blessed to have Mr. and Mrs. Odom as our next door neighbors and dear friends since we moved into EA’s house 19 years ago. I will always remember the sweet and sparky way that Bill and Barbara bantered in the yard over everything from gardening to memories of his dog Missy. We shared many a laugh across the fence (mostly at my expense). He watched and chuckled as Matt and I spent all day erecting a post for our hammock, laid down it and immediately hit the ground, or when I planted an entire row of tomato plants that never even bothered to flower, or when I had a massive temper tantrum in the back yard throwing a small bucket at my dog who would not stop digging, even as I was filling in the holes. For the rest of our days, we will wander out in the back yard after a UNC game or Panthers game and wish we had Mr. Odom there to share our emotions, whether they be frustration or celebration. Donna, your parents left an eternal footprint on our lives and we will forever be grateful.

  4. Donna, I am so very sorry for you loss. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Sending hugs and love to you.

  5. I want to send my deepest condolence to the Odom family in these hard times Mr Odom will be missed and forever remembered as a hard working family man, a provider and a honorable veteran.🇺🇸

  6. I am so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. There is a very comforting scripture found at Isaiah 258. It says that soon Jehovah will swallow up death forever and that he will wipe away all of the tears. So we can look forward to a time when death will be done away with forever. I hope that this scripture can bring some comfort during this time.

  7. We had some fun times with your parents and thought a lot of them…thinking of you at this sad time. Marianne and Garland Mustard Smitherman
