ROCKY MOUNT - Thomas Lee Acrey, age 62, passed away on Saturday, September 18, 2021. Thomas was born in Prince George County, VA on December 24, 1958. He was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Rapoza; and his brothers, Benjamin, Roy, and Stanley Acrey. Thomas is survived by his son, Eric Acrey and fianc, Joy Duncan, of Enfield; his daughter, Autumn Acrey and son-in-law, Matthew Jackson, of Elm City; his grandchildren, Harper Acrey, Scarlett Jackson, M.J. Jackson II, and Conner Jackson; his brothers, Mike Acrey (Jacquelyn) and Steve Acrey; several aunts & uncles; and many nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service to celebrate Thomas' life will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 7:00 PM in the Chapel of Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services.
