LOUISBURG - Mattie Belle Wheeler Sprinkle, age 89, passed away on Tuesday, May 22, 2018. Born in Franklin County, NC on November 19, 1928, she was the daughter of the late Sam Wheeler, Sr. and Annie Drake Wheeler. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Sam Wheeler, Jr.; and sister, Sophie Leigh Wheeler.
Mattie leaves behind to cherish her memory, son, Larry Hayes; and daughters, Lydia Hayes Moose and husband Lee, and Debbie Hayes. She is also survived by grandchildren, Leigh Rebecca Moose, Joshua Yates Moose, and Jerimiah Denton Moose.
A Memorial Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Pineview Cemetery with Lee Moose officiating. A visitation with the family will follow the service.

To The Family I am sorry for the loss of your dear loved one. Losing a love one brings us great sadness. But God’s word the Bible bring us great comfort. At 2 Cor 13,4 states in part The father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort and verse 4 who comforts us in all our trails. Jehovah is here to support you and the entire family because he care.
