ROCKY MOUNT - Mary Magdalene Holloman Page, age 86, passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018. Born in Edgecombe County, NC on January 8, 1932, she was the daughter of the late Elisha James Holloman and May Belle Thorp Holloman. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Curtis Lee Holloman.
Mary worked for Rocky Mount Undergarment for over 15 years. She was a member of Parkwood Baptist Church and in later years attended Benvenue Baptist Church. Mary made a difference in the life of everyone who knew her and she leaves behind a tremendous legacy of life, love, and laughter. She was a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother and will be dearly missed by all those who knew her.
Mary, or Magdalene as many knew her as, leaves behind to cherish her memory, daughters, Gloria Faye Morgan and husband, Jeffery, and Teresa Dianne Goldbach and husband, Robert. She is also survived by grandchildren, Kelvin Bryan Gupton, Dustin Scott Gupton, Tracey Lynn Wood, Travis Lee Morgan, Kendall Goldbach Bunn, and Tanner Lee Morgan; 9 great-grandchildren; sisters, Pattie Mae Smith and Nellie Pearl Tucker; and several nieces and nephews.
A Graveside Service will be held on Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Rocky Mount Memorial Park with Pastor Michael Creekmore officiating.
