Please accept our deepest condolences for your family’s loss.
My Mother, Geraldine L. Bunn, worked with Mrs. Chipley at the Edgecombe Dept of Social Services which was then located on the Edgecombe County side of Rocky Mount and just down from a candy distributorship and now is a vacant lot across the street from Moore’s Bicycle Shop. As I today noticed that Mrs. Buffaloe also passed, I am saddened for your loss and the loss of that fine office full of hard workers who always had a smile and kind, encouraging words for my Brothers and I whenever we visited. My Mother thought ever so much of Ms. Chipley and so did I. I appreciate the kindnesses and warmth she always exhibited. I am so sorry that I did not get to again visit with her or those other office mates after my MNother’s retirement!
