ROCKY MOUNT - Louise Lucas Fosdick, 86, passed away December 18, 2012. She was born in Halifax County, June 20, 1926, daughter of the late Richard Lucas and Elizabeth Jane Debruill Lucas. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lyle Arnold Fosdick and a sister, Hazel Greene.
Surviving are her daughters, Cheryl Walker and husband, Ricky, Cynthia Bain and husband Bobby; grandchildren Charlie Walker and Kyle Bain; great-grandchild, Richie Walker.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, December 20, 2012 at Wheeler Woodlief Funeral Home, with visitation 1:00 - 2:00 pm Thursday, prior to the service, with Rev. Kathy Jo Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to First Christian Church, 1101 West Haven Boulevard, Rocky Mount, NC 27803.
