Mr. James Gray Lewis, 77, passed away Thursday, February 17, 2011.
He was born January 25, 1934 in Nash County, son of the late David and Isabul Lewis. He was also preceded by his brother, Ronnie Lewis of Luray, VA.
He leaves behind his daughters, Joan Lewis Outlaw and husband Randy of Rocky Mount and Susan Lewis Andrews and husband Ronnie of Greenville; and their mother, Marie H. Lewis of Rocky Mount; two grandchildren, J.R. Perry and Christy Evernham; three great-grandchildren, Madison, Daniel and Josh, all of Rocky Mount; and his brother, David Lewis of Florida.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00am Monday, February 21, 2011 at Rocky Mount Memorial Park.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Leo Jenkins Cancer Center, 600 Moye Blvd., Greenville NC 27834.
