James Adron Hamilton

James Adron Hamilton, age 85, passed away peacefully Monday, December 30, 2013. Born in Nash County on August 18, 1928, he was the son of the late Adron Mordine Hamilton and Bessie Madline Cooper Hamilton. He was also preceded in death by his sister-in-law, Janet R. Hamilton and niece, Susan Hamilton Ferraro. James was the owner and operator of James Beauty Shop for over 40 years. He was also a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He leaves behind a brother, Robert Lee Hamilton of Nashville; niece, Jane Hamilton Bass of Spring Hope; two great nieces; and one great nephew. In following the wishes of James, there will be no formal services. Memorials may be made in his honor to Calvary Baptist Church, 505 S. Englewood Drive, Rocky Mount NC 27804.
