Henry Boliver Williams

ROCKY MOUNT - Henry Boliver Williams, age 75, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday, October 11, 2018. Born in Nash County, NC on January 27, 1943, he was the son of the late John Henry Williams and Jessie Webb Williams. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Benjamin "Benji" Williams.
Henry was an avid fisherman and enjoyed visiting his place at Bay River. He was a member of West Edgecombe Baptist Church. Henry's family was most important to him and he enjoyed spending time with them. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He will be dearly missed by all those who knew and loved him.
Henry leaves behind to cherish his memory, wife, Amerlice Coley Williams; sons, Terry Brian Grubbs (Shawn) of Rocky Mount and Tim C. Coley (Becka) of Siler City. He is also survived by grandchildren, Chelsea Donna Grubbs, Dylan Brian Grubbs, Adrienne Troutman, Melissa Howard, Cheyanne Lea; five great-grandchildren; sister, Janice W. Koehl of Garner; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11:00 AM at West Edgecombe Baptist Church, 13821 NC Hwy. 43, North, Rocky Mount, NC 27801 with Pastor Jeff Chappell officiating and Dr. Billy Webb, Rev. Allen Mills, and Rev. Dickie Webb co-officiating. Entombment will follow the service at Rocky Mount Memorial Park Chapel on the Hill Mausoleum. Visitation with the family will be from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM prior to the service in the Sanctuary of West Edgecombe Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to West Edgecombe Baptist Church, 13821 NC Hwy. 43, North, Rocky Mount, NC 27801 or Duke Cancer Institute, 710 West Main Street, Suite 200, Durham, NC 27701.

Dear Williams family, At this painful and difficult time please accept my condolence and deep regrets for your loss and I’d like to share where I found comfort and hope at such a time as this when I lost my entire family to our enemy death. I found this in what I read in Jehovah Gods word the Bible at John528,29 for there we’re told that we’ll see our love ones again in the resurrection when Jesus brings them back here on earth and Isaiah258 states that this enemy death will be swallowed up forever. With these scriptures along with others I’m able to cope with my loss and get through each day because now I know I’ll see my love ones again and so can you. Amerlice, I just saw the announcement of Henry’s death, and I am so sorry. I wish I had known earlier. It was always so nice to run in to you both at the Cracker Barrel. My heart is saddened for you, and I pray God’s peace and comfort for you.
