So sorry for your loss.
Lea Ann, I am so saddened by the news of Harold’s passing. The Harold I knew was a giving, honest, family man who cared deeply for his family and his church family. He was joy to see the Goodyear store always wearing a smile. But you have a relationship with Our Savior which will lift you through the darkest hours of grief and loneliness. Please seek out others who have also lost their spouse for some much needed support. You are in my thoughts and prayers and I will keep you close in my walk with Our Lord
My thoughts and prayers are with the Truelove Family during this difficult time. Penny Curlee Franklin
I’m going to miss him, so is Eliot. Harold loved my dog. A golden retriever that loved seeing him. I was jealous. Harold had a way of putting people at ease, and Eliot!
I am so sorry! He was so kind to me and always gave me honest advice about my children’s cars and mine. A man I felt I could trust! Eliza Bowen
My heartfelt sympathy to Sonny’s wife and family. He always had that smile on his face , no matter if it was at Central Cafe or walking through Sears . May God give comfort through great memories of good times. In Christian love, Martha Taylor Barnes, Sears employee of Church street store.
Lea Ann and Laurel, my prayers are with you and the rest of your family during this sad time. Harold was a great friend and I have been so lucky to have known him. Please know that I am here if you need anything.
Sorry for your loss.
Lea Ann & Laurel, Words can’t express my shock and sadness in learning of Harold’s passing. He was a gracious, caring person that seemed to never meet a stranger. I’ll always remember his contagious smile and great sense of humor. My family and I are praying for you both during this difficult time.
I am so very sorry to hear about Harold. I knew Harold from school as a child. I have fond memories of him. I also remember meeting his Mom, Dad and brother, Timothy. I haven’t seen Harold in many years but can imagine he was someone with a kind heart! May God bless you and comfort you and your family! Praying for you!
Lee Ann & Laurel, We are so sorry to hear about Harold, our thoughts & prayers are with you and your family! Sincerely, Ron, Tomye Lynn, Nick & Susan Taylor
I am very sad. Through high school and college, Harold and I were best friends. My favorite memory of Harold was having a head on collision between mobile classrooms on mini bikes while riding around Myrtle School. My parents treated him as another son, as his parents treated me. I loved Harold and his parents as they were my own. Harold’s goodness and respect for others was clear then, and by being his friend, along with the late Terry Mull and Tommy Russell, he helped make us all better people. My Dad, Ralph, was as distraught as I was when I broke the news to him yesterday. Even though we drifted apart, I have thought of him often, and have never felt anything but love and appreciation for our friendship in my heart for Harold. Some things and feelings just never go away. I will hold that love for the rest of my life, and I send my love and condolences to Lee Ann, Laurel and Timothy. I feel and mourn for your and our loss. He is with Betty and Sonny now. Much love to all.
We are very sorry for your loss and have you in our thoughts and prayers during this time of remembrance and healing.
Prayers to you and your family at this sad time. May God’s love surround you now and forever for his love for us is infinite. God Bless you and your family.
So sorry to hear of Harold’s passing. I haven’t see him in many years but he and my brother Vincent were the best of friends in high school. He was a very sweet guy. Godspeed Harold till we meet again! Lee Ann your family is in my prayers.
I would like to offer my sincerest condolences during this difficult time. The loss of someone close is a very painful experience. I hope you can find a measure of comfort in God’s Word the Bible. For example, Revelation 214 tells of a coming time when death on earth will be no more! And at John 528,29 we are taught that all those in the memorial tomb will come out! So, we may have the opportunity to see our loved ones again! For more information about this topic and much more please visit jw.org
