Charles "Randy" Hughes, age 68, died on Friday, January 9, 2015 after several years of declining health. He was preceded by his parents, Charles and Lois Hughes of Rocky Mount, NC.
Randy is survived by one cousin, Ricky Miller and his wife, Judi of Bath, NC.
A private graveside service will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2015 at Pineview Cemetery.
