Bonnie Church Hoagland

Bonnie Church Hoagland, age 61, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2015. Born in Corning, NY on September 24, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Basil Church and Florence Teeter Church. Bonnie was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Rocky Mount. Bonnie is survived by her husband, Jeffrey L. Hoagland of Rocky Mount; a daughter, Jennifer H. Druck and her husband Daniel of Raleigh; and a grandson, Noah Druck also of Raleigh. Mrs. Hoagland was born in Corning, New York. She was a graduate of Odessa-Montour High School. She married her husband in 1973, they were married for 41 years. A loving wife, she will be remembered for her humor, beauty, and love for her family, especially her grandson, Noah. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, May 1, 2015 at 3:00pm at the Chapel of Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home Cremation Services, 1130 N. Winstead Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC 27804 with Rev. Jerry Jackson officiating. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday prior to services from 2:00 to 3:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 1217 Bethlehem Rd, Rocky Mount, NC 27803. Arrangements are entrusted to Wheeler and Woodlief Funeral Home Cremation Services, 1130 N. Winstead Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.   2. I am sorry to hear about Bonnie. Years ago I worked with her at Citizens Savings and Loan. She was always pleasant and such a joy to be around. I lost touch over the years but my heart goes out to Jeff and her daughter Jenny. I know you have good memories. This certainly surprised me. Laura Johnson
