I want to send my deepest sympathy to the family of Benjamin Christopher Young. The bible tells us we can gain comfort from God, even during times of sorrow. We can pray to our heavenly father for help to cope with the sorrow felt from the death of a loved one. May our Lord Jesus Christ himself and God our Father, who loved us and gave everlasting comfort and good hope by means of undeserved kindness, comfort your hearts and make you firm.-2 Thess. 216, 17. May you find comfort by relying on our heavenly father and learning more about the blessings of God’s kingdom. Local ministry volunteer
To the family and friends of Chris, my thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. May God give you comfort and strength for the coming days. Judy Mason Bass
My thoughts and prayers of comfort for the family
I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Young. You and your family are in my prayers.
I am so sorry to hear about the loss of Chris.
I just found out today, August 9,2020,that Chris had passed away. I’m so sad. Chris and I grew up at Trinity Lutheran Church together from about the time we were 5 or 6 years old. Chris was my real friend and we had a lot of good times at Church. We went to different schools but always renewed our friendship at church. He and I were in plays, sang in the choir and slid down the bannister in the educational building! Lol He was a great guy. He talked many times about his dad, who was a Navy doctor. Chris always said, he was going into the Navy like his dad. The last time I saw him, was at a Luther League meeting in 1969. We went out separate ways but I never forgot him. I hope someone in the family reads this and contacts me. My deepest condolences to his wife, children, Connie and Winkie.
