Ben, you were more than a coworker, you were more like a younger brother I never had. A few years ago I lost the older brother I never had (being an only child) when we lost George Fuller. George was 10 years older than me. We had some goods times and some precious memories throughout the time I knew you. From the Bahamas project where you first met Barry and Jon to the Black Point project where I kept you sequestered here to help me get the control logic perfected, installed, and tested. I remember the time you were with Jimmy, Ann, Lori, and Tommy with Eastern Shore and the wonderful spirit-lifting time that was. I was playing one of your CDs yesterday, remembering those good times. I remember visiting your parents while they were building their home. It was always good to be out in the field and know I could call on you if I had a question about power control and distribution, control, and protection. You were always willing to talk to me regardless of how busy you were, but that was you, Ben, always willing to help. You were a great friend, loving son to your parents, and a great father to Esmeralda. Ben, I love you like a brother and I will shed more tears for you in the coming days. Yes, I know we are going to celebrate your life and remember the good times, but we will all mourn your loss. Take care, enjoy Heaven until we get there, then show us around. I remember you were born in Bitburg, Germany a year before my older daughter was born in Frankfurt, and that was another bond between us. I will sorely miss you, my friend.
I am so sorry to hear about Ben’s passing. I was Ben’s roommate in college and we have been close friends, co-workers and colleagues ever since. When Ben worked with me at MKW Power Systems, one of the guys would say that Ben and I together made one damn fine engineer. I will miss him a lot.
I have so many wonderful memories of Ben, his humor, knowledge of music, movies, and random trivia. I lost my Mother recently, and on Friday Ben told me that those that have left us do not want us to cry and be sad. They want us to laugh and be happy and remember all of the good times. We’ll miss you Ben!
I went to high school with Ben and we hung around some of the same people. He was a super nice guy. He’ll truly be missed.

My heart is broken . Ben you will be missed by so many. Things won’t be the same without you at the orchard. Love and miss you
I still can’t believe we lost you Ben. The time has gone by so fast since we first worked together on the Bahamas project in 1996. What a great time that was, so many great people on that team including Wes, Barry, Don, and everyone else. Only to be followed up working together at ELECT until I jumped to South Carolina. I only wish we could have gotten together more often over the years. Rest in peace my friend.
Ben, After 20 years of working together and friendship, you are missed. My condolences to your family and closest friends.

I will miss seeing his orange SUV pulling into the parking lot. I will miss him sitting down, asking me about my day and then if I have the TV’s set up for Jeopardy. I will miss him telling me no matter how many times I color my hair dark I will always be a blonde. His spirit will always have a seat at my bar. Ben, I will always miss you.
Sincere sympathy to the family. I was Ben;s HouseKeeper & we were BEST FRIENDS for 17 years plus. RIP,my friend, until we meet again. You will be missed!
I worked with Ben for just a few years at Elect and it would be difficult for me to find a more knowledgeable, smart, and dedicated individual. My condolences to his immediate family, friends, and coworkers. RIP Ben.
I will miss Ben. We worked together on Ocracoke and Buxton power plant projects. Ben was one of my go to guys when i needed an expert and he was always ready and willing and able to help. I am grateful for getting to work with Ben.
I will miss you Ben! Hope you and my Mama are playing Jeopardy in heaven. I am sorry we didn’t talk more often. Lighting this candle to remember you and remembering when you and James took me to Kings Dominion. Thanks for the fun times. Miss you, buddy!
I am so sorry to hear of Ben’s passing. He and my brother James were good friends for many years. Ben was also my friend later on, and he was always such a good listener and could make me laugh. My condolences are with his family and friends. I will miss him!
