Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Papa, you were one of the best people I’ve ever known. Your kindness and love will never be forgotten. I will always hold our countless hours of conversation close to my heart. You could tell a story like nobody else and have made a huge impact in my life. You are my family and I will love you, always! Love, Wendy Marlowe

  2. Rest in peace, Papa. I will always remember the great times we shared together like woodworking, fishing and watching the stars. Heaven gained a very special angel today and I will always love you! angelskin-tone-3 Love Always, Adam Marlowe

  3. Many memories of our times shared with Albert and all recall his winsome smile, jolly and happy personality, great sense of humor and his love for the Lord. He videod and took pictures at our S.A. Retirement there in Rocky Mount in January of 1994 and they will always be very special to us. Our deepest sympathy, love and prayers go to his wife, brother Charles Bradshaw and other family members. Lovingly, Leonard and Dolores Taylor

  4. As a young boy, I told Papa I wanted to be a judge when I grew up. I spent many an hour on his lap discussing hypothetical cases that I would have to make a ruling on. He would also take us all fishing every time we came to visit. The only man I’ve ever seen catch a fish on no bait at all!! After becoming a father myself, I finally realized how important these moments really were. Years and distance aside, I will always be grateful to Papa Albert for what we shared together and for being there for my Nana for so long.

  5. You are already so missed by the McCorquodale girls, including their Momma. The love and fatherly guidance you provided to my girls and so many other children over your life was tremendous, and the legacy you leave because of that love is great. We love you Papa! Sondra McCorquodale
