ROCKY MOUNT – John Edward “Ed” Barlow, III, age 70, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2026. Born in Arlington County, VA on October 29, 1955, he was the son of the late John Edward Barlow, Jr. and Barbara Ann Dyer Barlow.
Ed is survived by his wife of 33 years, Patty Barlow; his son, Joshua Allen; his daughter, Jenifer Hare; and his granddaughters, Madelyn Hare and Eleanor Hare.
There will be no service held at this time.
