Frank and Biscoe, A prayer for God to comfort you with the loss of your Dad. Over the many years, there are fun and enjoyable memories of your Dad, Uncle Billy, and our families being together. I still have many pleasant memories of your mother, Aunt Mary Ann, as well. I love you both. Tommy
Marguerite, Bill was such a distinguished man and had such a pleasing personality. He was so much fun to be around and we all will miss his great wit and charm. My deepest sympathy is with you and Bills sons at this very sad and difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Rell Killebrew

Sending lots of love, thoughts, and prayers from the Atlanta area!
My heartfelt sympathy to Aunt Marguerite and my cousins Frank and Biscoe. Being a Navy family, we only saw our Rocky Mount Family when we were being transfered or making a rare family gathering. My father, Frank, did serve as a Navy recruiter in Rocky Mount and we had the blessing of living there for a short while and, just like all of my cousins, I loved time spent with Uncle Billy (Candy Man). He was SO special. so kind, loving and funny. I have so many fond memories of him. I’m sure my dad met him at the pearly gates with a smile and heaven will never be the same! Please take strength in the happy memories that Uncle Billy left behind. You are in my thoughts and prayers. Sincerely, Pat (Inscoe) Ground Sebastian, FL
