William “Billy” Clifton Parham, III

ROCKY MOUNT - William "Billy" Clifton Parham, III, age 57, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday, May 10, 2021, surrounded by his family. Billy was born in Wilson County, NC on December 10, 1963. Billy graduated from Rocky Mount Senior High School in 1982. He was employed by LBJ Chevrolet. Billy loved nature and spent time hiking and camping. He had a passion for learning and seeking knowledge. Billy loved his friends and never met a stranger. He cherished his family above all. There will never be a day when we do not think of you, Billy. Godspeed son, dad, and brother. Billy is survived by his parents, William "Bill" Clifton Parham, Jr. and Doris Thorne Parham of Rocky Mount; his daughter, Ashley Parham of Eden; his brothers, John Parham of Huntington Beach, CA, Brad Parham (Suzanne) of Rocky Mount, and Craig Parham (Wanda) of Anaheim, CA; and several nieces and nephews. A Special Gathering of Family and Friends will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Home of Bill & Doris Parham. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the family is requesting the need for social distancing and wearing of masks due to health concerns faced around our nation at this time. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Billy's memory to American Stroke Association, 10 Glenlake Parkway NE South Tower, Suite 400, Atlanta, GA 30328. Arrangements entrusted to Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 1130 N. Winstead Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.   2. I would like to offer my deepest sympathies for your loss. Though Billy was a year ahead of me in HS, I have such fond memories of spending fun times with John, Brad and Craig in Rocky Mount, and my heart goes out to the whole Parham family. God be with you all at this difficult time.
