Celebration of Life

In Loving Memory of Vladimir Lynch

June 7, 2001 – October 11, 2026

Vladimir leaves to cherish his precious memory his loving mother, Sherron Lynch; his four sisters, Monique, Thomasetta, Comaneci, and Carmen; his daughter, Avianna Green-Lynch; and his daughter’s mother, Faith Green. He also leaves behind two nieces, six nephews, two aunts, one uncle, a host of cousins, and other relatives and loved ones who will forever hold him close in their hearts. He will also be lovingly remembered by his godparents, Mike, Nicole, and Kelsey Allen.

Vladimir was preceded in death by his father, Gene Christy Woodard.

The family extends a special and heartfelt thank-you to Robert and Tamara Bass for their love, kindness, and support.

A Memorial Service to celebrate Vladimir’s life will be held on Saturday, October 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM at Nashville Baptist Church, 512 E Washington St, Nashville, NC 27856, with Rev. J. Kenneth Byrd, Jr. officiating.  Visitation with the family will be from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM prior to the service at Nashville Baptist Church.

We wanted to share Avianna’s fundraiser. She deeply loved and admired her father, who unexpectedly lost his life, and she and her mother are now facing the loss of both a parent and an important source of support. Contributions can help ease some of the burden for Aviaana and her family as they face the days ahead, and we are grateful for the support already shown. If you’re able, please donate through the GoFundMe page or share it with someone who may want to help. https://gofund.me/dd7107ee2

Arrangements entrusted to Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1130 N. Winstead Avenue, Rocky Mount, NC 27804.  You may share memories and condolences with the family by visiting www.wheelerwoodlief.com.
