One of the sweetest ever!!!!
Last time I saw Mike was just a couple of months ago at Smithfield’s Barbeque. I recognized her as she was walking to her table and called her by name, remembering how much my Mom loved her so many years ago. She had such a sweet smile as we talked briefly, and I reminded her that we met through my Mom. My heart and prayers are with her family as they face the days ahead without Mike here to enjoy it with them. I rejoice that she had such a long life, and pray for God to give each of you the peace and comfort your hearts need.
Amy, I’m sorry about your mom, but she lived a long life. You and family are in my thoughts and prayers as you face the days ahead. Love yall.

Miss Mike was a wonderful lady! I do volunteer work at nursing home where she resided and she always wanted to be seated close to me, very touching! Thank you for the memories, Miss Mike, and my deepest sympathy to your loved ones!

Miley enjoyed life and friends. Mile and Dad (Robert Ed Self) reconnected at a High School Reunion planning, they both found a new adventure with each other. After their marriage in Rocky Mount, they both enjoyed gardening, fixing up their home, and traveling, and remembering their youth. I remember how sad she was at Dad’s passing. We will miss both of them.
