Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Stephen, Gina, & Lee, I am so sorry to hear of Joyce’s passing. I grieve with and for you. I remember our childhood days at Riverside apartments and we continued our friendships after moving over to Englewood Subdivision. Joyce was like a second mother to me at Riverside and she had standing instructions from my Mama to dish out the discipline whenever she thought I needed it. Take comfort knowing that she is no longer suffering and is now with her beloved husband. Love, Billy Pridgen

  2. Gina and Stephen, so very sorry for your loss. Keeping your family close in prayer Teresa Taylor Bullard

  3. Dear Gina, Lee, and Stephen, and Families Your Mother was, is, and will always be a STAR in my eyes.. she was kind, caring, and had the best sense of humor.. what a special lady in so many ways! I will never forget the exercise class Gina and I took with Your Mom at the YMCA, and on every turn, she would look back at me with a funny face and make me laugh… She loved nature … I remember when Gina brought a possum to elementary school… oh the memories of your Mom and your family have a special place in my heart forever… Heaven has gained a true STAR and she is now with your Dad.. and Lee, I do think there will be bird feeders in Heaven for your Mom to watch ) Knowing your Mom, she would want us to rejoice… but so sorry for your loss… and I know you will miss her until you see her again….Love you, Sally

  4. Joyce was one of the most beautiful people I have ever known…so glad she was an important part of my life. I will cherish the moments in which I feel her spirit shining down on us all. Forever in my heart….
