Edna "Grace" Wall Davis

ROCKY MOUNT – Edna “Grace” Wall Davis, age 77, passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023. Born in Nash County, NC on January 7, 1946, she was the daughter of the late Clarence Herman Wall and Nellie Mae Marlow Wall. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Guy Dempsey Davis, Jr.; and her brothers, Bobby Herman Wall and Donnie Michael “Mike” Wall. Grace enjoyed traveling and camping at Southern Point Campground and spending time with family and friends. A loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, companion, and dear friend to many, Grace will be deeply missed and never forgotten. Grace is survived by her daughters, Jo Outlaw, Jennifer Cartledge (John), and Loretta Bowers (Mark); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Daniel, Emily, Christopher, Zakary, and Macilyn; her great granddaughter, Haley; her sisters, Barbara Wall Lamm and Pat Wall Baines; her brother, Timothy Edward "Tim" Wall, her special companion, William Walker; her sisters-in-law, Betty Garrett Wall and Sheila Satterfield Wall; a host of nieces and nephews; and her special fur baby, Dobby. A Special Gathering of Family and Friends to celebrate Grace’s life will be on Saturday, September 16, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Wheeler & Woodlief Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 1130 N.
